How do I have to do if I want to offer to different babies in the same order?
Select all the products that will be for the first baby and create your personalisation. Then select all the products for the second baby and same again, create your personalisation and so on. If in the same order we see different names, we will pack the products in different boxes and write the names on each box to allow you to differentiate them without having to open them. Otherwise every products with the same name will be packed in the same box.
How long do I have to wait to receive my products?
- CH Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days
- CH Priority delivery made up to 10am: The next working day
- CH Priority delivery after 10am: 2 working days
- CH Moon Express until 12pm: Next day (also delivers on Saturday mornings)
- Europe: 4 to 10 working days
- World: 4 to 10 days
If desired, the gift can be sent directly to the recipient.
For the countries that are not on the main shipping routes, the delivery times can be longer. International shipments may be subject to country-specific import duties or import taxes, which must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Our prices include Swiss VAT. Note that the delivery time will be longer if you pay by bank transfer because we are waiting to receive the payment to proceed the order. All orders will be sent by Post and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent, which will allow you to see where your order is.
If you have a special request to your order, please let us know when ordering. We will always try to respond to special requests.
How much does it cost for the shipping ?
- Switzerland CHF 7.50 per delivery, (from october 2020 we have the pleasure to offer our client the standard delivery for order above CHF 150).
- Priority CHF12 per delivery
- Neighbour countries and GB CHF 35 per delivery
- The rest of the world CHF 45 per delivery
Shipping costs depend on the country in which you wish to send the gift. Some countries may levy taxes and additional fees upon receipt of the order.
Which payment methods can I use?
The security of your payment is our highest priority. That's why we've selected the following secure payment options for you.

- Bank transfer
The bill must be paid within 14 days after receipt of the package. If the payment deadline has expired, Hugin Sàrl, Petite Année will invoice 10.- for the 2nd reminder and 30.- for the 3rd reminder.
(Invoice payment is not allowed for new customers with a price higher than 75.- on their first order)

Can I exchange or return my products if I made a mistake in my order?
We will always do our best to satisfy our customers. However, due to the personalisation of our products, we can not provide a return if the customer changes his mind or has wrongly entered the text when ordering. Please check carefully the spelling of the names or texts you wish to embroider on our products before completing your order!
What should I do if my product has a failure?
We are proud of the quality of our products and every shipment undergoes quality control before being sent. In the unlikely event that you receive a product below our quality standard, claims must be made by email within 10 days of receipt of the products, otherwise they will not be taken into consideration. A photo may be requested depending on the claim. Once we have confirmed the failure, we will replace the product as soon as possible or we will refund you.
Will the recipient see the price of the items that I am sending to him?
We do send with each order, a delivery slip on which no price will appear. However for international shipments, we have to enter an approximate price for the customs.
Will I receive a confirmation for my order?
Once your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. If any products you have ordered are not available or if there are other problems with your order, we will notify you by email.
Will the colors that appear on my screen be exactly the same on my products?
The color display depends on the monitor or mobile phone and may differ slightly from the original.
